Spinach-filled Jumbo Shells

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare Marinara Sauce recipe according to directions.
  3. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour the marinara sauce in the dish. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl combine the spinach, ricotta cheese, egg whites, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well.
  5. Evenly fill the cooked pasta shells with the spinach mixture and place on top of the marinara sauce in the baking dish.
  6. Top pasta shells with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
