Thin-crust Tomato and Herb Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When hot, add garlic and onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add peppers and mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add oregano, onion powder, salt-free seasoning, and tomato paste. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. Place the crust on a baking sheet and spread the tomato mixture on top.
  6. Top pizza with olives, basil, tomatoes, and cheese.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
