Turkey Meatballs With Marinara Sauce

  1. Prepare Marinara Sauce recipe according to directions. Heat in a saucepan and keep warm.
  2. In a large bowl combine the ground turkey breast, bread crumbs, egg whites, onion, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt-free seasoning, and 1/4 cup of the cheese. Mix well and form into 16 meatballs.
  3. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When hot, add the meatballs and cook 15 minutes, turning them often until they are browned and no longer pink inside.
  4. Serve marinara sauce with meatballs over hot pasta. Top with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
