  1. To make the pesto, combine spinach, 3/4 cup basil, 1/2 cup cheese, walnuts, olive oil, garlic, pepper flakes, salt-free seasoning, salt, and water in a food processor. Process about 1 minute until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked hot penne pasta, cherry tomatoes, and walnut pesto mixture. Toss to mix well.
  3. Top with remaining 1/4 cup basil leaves and 1/4 cup cheese.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
